The story so far: I login to my account and I can see all of the plugins I am registered for. I downloaded the 'Get my Plugins' app and tried running that. It runs but I just get errors saying subinstall_[plugin name].com not found - where [plugin name] is the name of each plugin in turn. I therefore went to the direct downloads and downloaded and installed each plugin individually. They all downloaded and installed without error - I chose OT 2018 as the install target each time. However, when I open OT2018 (after a full system restart), none of the installed plugins show up in the tools menu. Some are there - they installed when I first installed OT2018, but the majority are not. I cannot find anything on the forums that might explain this so any advice very welcome. On a slightly different note, I am registered for CPRM 3.0 and Z3 plugins - I couldn't find a download link for those - do they still exist? CPRM 3.0 is shown to be compatible with OT2018 so it should work if I can find it. Many thanks as always | ||

Maybe it is overkill but when I get into a rabbit hole like this I do a repair install and del "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nirvana\OT2019\Database\Symdata.otd" del "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nirvana\OT2019\Database\SymdataEOD.otd" del "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nirvana\OT2019\Results\*.*" del "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nirvana\OT2019\VBA\Temp\*.*" change to OT2018, of course Good luck [Edited by LSJ on 2/18/2019 10:58 AM] | ||

I am actually feeling a little 'silly' right now as it dawned on me that not all of the plugins appear in the tools menu!! They appear as strategies and indicators - and I think they are all actually there. The only one completely missing is CPRM 3.0 - not sure if that is still available to download or, if not, is there a deal to upgrade to the latest version. I am getting an error from the seasonality module (access outside an array or something), but I am going to follow your 'overkill' idea and re-boot and re-install and see where that gets me. The seasonality can be tricky too. Make sure you have enough data loaded for the lookback in seasonality. I have had that problem too. | ||
