The story so far: I login to my account and I can see all of the plugins I am registered for. I downloaded the 'Get my Plugins' app and tried running that. It runs but I just get errors saying subinstall_[plugin name].com not found - where [plugin name] is the name of each plugin in turn. I therefore went to the direct downloads and downloaded and installed each plugin individually. They all downloaded and installed without error - I chose OT 2018 as the install target each time. However, when I open OT2018 (after a full system restart), none of the installed plugins show up in the tools menu. Some are there - they installed when I first installed OT2018, but the majority are not. I cannot find anything on the forums that might explain this so any advice very welcome. On a slightly different note, I am registered for CPRM 3.0 and Z3 plugins - I couldn't find a download link for those - do they still exist? CPRM 3.0 is shown to be compatible with OT2018 so it should work if I can find it. Many thanks as always | |
