...instead of being ready around 630-7pm EST OV is usually not done processing the next days trades until late into the night

This seems very concerning - is the computing power OV has at it's disposal enough? where are the "trades ready" emails (no, not going into spam/junk - they are not getting to me at ALL, and for a couple weeks at least)? Will we have days where OV does not have trades ready in time for market open? No email, no way to know.

It is 1035 EST right now. Under the trades tab the info is from 7 hours ago, 330 EST, so the run for tomorrow is not done.

What is the issue? This does not seem good

I should've replied, sorry. I've been looking into it though since last week, Bill. I'm seeing it as well, but not for all accounts. I don't have any answers yet.

I am not getting my trades until 9 or 10 PST

I don't know for certain, but...

If you're using my Follow The Money HD portfolio I think the dynamic lists run after everything else and could be delaying the notification...???

I'm seeing the trades posted for that portfolio around 10PM, and lately it's been spotty on the email notification. The nice folks at Nirvana told me they're investigating...

Got the trades ready email last night, and the OV run was done earlier than it has been lately.

Are you sure? Did you check spam or junk mail? They were sent out on Friday. Mine was received at 7:06PM CST on Friday.

Yes I am sure. Checked junk too... I will turn off email updates for a day, then turn it back on. I'll see if that works.

You might check your email settings to make sure emails from noreply@nirvanasystems.com are not being blocked - perhaps even add it to your Email Safe Sender List. Another thing to try – create a new OV account, enable one basic portfolio, not elite or shared. Enable the account for trading & the email setting. And see if that one works or not.

Hi Barry. I did set up an account and I did receive the overnight trade email for the new account, plus one of my old accounts (dynamic). I am still not receiving emails for my 2 "Elite" accounts; FTM HD.

So....? IDK
