You might check your email settings to make sure emails from noreply@nirvanasystems.com are not being blocked - perhaps even add it to your Email Safe Sender List. Another thing to try – create a new OV account, enable one basic portfolio, not elite or shared. Enable the account for trading & the email setting. And see if that one works or not.
