This may sound simple, but how do you scan weekly charts

Omniscan only works on daily charts. Marketscans works on any timeframe but is more limited re filter rules.

Alternative is to create a Quick Indicator Custom Focus List Column with desired rules in the formula, set charts to weekly, recalc. Then sort.

Creating a custom Focus List Column is done by right clicking in the FL header.
Select the Add OmniScript Column option near the bottom of the list
Type in the technical filter-formula just as you would for omniscan, and give the column a name.
Click ok to create the column
Set the timeframe barlength dropdown to weekly (edit > Dataperiods to change if desired)
Todo > Recalc
The column will populate either with -1=True or 0=False for Boolean omniscan formulae
Sort on the column to see the symbols that passed the test

For multiple filter rules, either create separate columns, or mush them together into one column’s Scan formula using “and” connectors.

Hopefully that’s enough info. If you need more detail re mechanics, I advise reading the help manual and watching the tutorial videos.

How about other Timeframes that can be loaded into an OT EOD profile, such as 30min bars, HA bars, etc? Can they work in 202 OmniScan too?

Daily is the lowest timeframe for OmniScan, so no intraday, but HA Daily would work, or HA Weekly!
