I just install 2021 on new machine and the About shows that the plugins are installed and when use get my CD keys a message of No New keys found is given. But I have no strategies associated with any of the plugins installed Any thoughts.

Don't know if this is the problem but in the instructions to get OT 2021 there is also a link to get all your plug-ins. You have to get your plug-ins from that link.
