Having issues where upon starting either OT or VT, a popup comes up letting me know I have not signed the agreement. I tell it to re-check and an error message pops up that the remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
After clicking 'sign now' I am taken to the OT webpage where I can digitally sign the Agreement however it makes no difference, data does not load and both OT and VT lock up, requiring me to close them down via Task Manager.

So, as things stand, I am no longer able to use OT or VT, which is a problem when I have open trades that need to be analysed.

We had a server issue, but it’s fixed now. Sorry for the trouble. If you restart the apps they should be back to normal.
