i am playing with DO at the moment and have a couple of questions.
I am trading 24 hours on both forex and futures using a 60 minute time frame using DO? what would be the suggested back test and forward test numbers??
when the start of the week starts it runs its analysis but once runs and completes it still runs during the day? why?? I have 240 BT and 60 FT??
I have it set to weekly analysis so why does it still want to amylase there after??

User Profile In order to use dynamic optimization, you have to use specific optimization in your strategy. Are you doing that or wanting to do that? You also need a forward test period. You do not need a large forward test period, 250 bars would be fine for any timeframe.
I believe dynamic optimization will occur daily or per the optimization boundary in RT profiles. What profile type are you using?
