autotrade has stopped this weerk |

That second error (RT analysis still pending after six minutes) makes me wonder... can this be related to Monday being an off day? I just upgraded to 2d but the error still comes. Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 2305 Joined: 1/1/1900 ![]() | Can you provide your AutoTrade log file please? If it didn't recover on its own, you will need to restart OT. You also shouldn't have needed to add the Monday holiday. If you're missing holidays for 2023, please close OT2023 & delete the exchangeinfo.otd file under the ...Nirvana/Data folder, then restart OT. | |

In the log, yu can search for "6 min" to find it quickly. I did just delete the exchangeInfo.otd file, so thanks for that. Autotrade was working last week, but stopped working Tuesday morning. log attached: ![]() ![]() | |

Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 2305 Joined: 1/1/1900 ![]() | I'm glad you contacted support, Rob. There were several issues, most notably was an OmniLanguage compile error & an issue with your OT.otd file. One of those was preventing ATM from running no matter what was tried. It seems like it's finally resolved now. Please let us know if there's still any problem. |
