Message on OT23 update to Rel 1A. So, I am at release 1.

It should allow you to update to PR 2A. What is the issue?

The release update process is using a new InstallShield Wizard messaging. See attached.

I had used the Modify choice and then incurred the Real Time Data missing error message. If instead you use the Repair choice selection, then the update to Rel 2A flows smoothly.

Since I incurred the error, others will likely follow. OT may have to annotate the update process instructions to prevent this misstep.
