OmniScan subscription not available in OT2016

I've upgraded to OT2016 but my OmniScan subscription isn't available. I get the error message "Not entitled for OmniScans". I can still access OmniScans in OT2015 just not in OT2016. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Try help > get my licenses

Also try edit > data settings to make sure your ID for the feed is correct

Hi Jez,

You will just need to close the OmniScan window and go to the TODOLIST and run the "Update OmniScan Lists and Subscriptions" and choose the second option to "Update all OmniScan Lists". This should clear the Not Entitled message your getting when you go into OmniScan.
