Hello
When I create a own omniscan list. The number of symbols appears in the criteria rules. I've made no sort value but the symbols are not added in the focus list. Is that a software bug?
When I cretae a new omniscan list I have to restart OT2015

Additionally, if you see the list of symbols on the left it says one number 30 stocks- once you see the scan in detail on the right, the numbers are 355.
so the scan tells me that there are 355, but the summary on the left tells me 30.... this also seems like a bug
It happens with some scans and not with others

There's a new function added to OmniScan.
In the lower right corner, you'll find a new "Sort Value" box where you'll probably see "AVG(C,10)*AVG(V,10)" and the "Select top" set to 30 and "Descending". This is sorting your list by liquidity, and selecting the 30 most liquid symbols. Either remove the sort equation, or raise the limit to a higher value.

Steve - thank you - that did the trick
I was assuming it will be nothing on the sort value since before this new feature was not there.... im guessing it copied from VT

It's not that I add a file which shows that OT counts the symbols but it doesn't add it to the focus list

Gottfried, it's a bug. Along with a few other OmniScan bugs we've identified, we're fixing them for a pre-release next week. Restarting OT sometimes helps with these issues.
