Subject : Scan for stable shares

I want to scan for shares which show resilience (during last 30 days) when the market is weak. In other words the shares which don't fall as much or rise even when market is falling.

Will anyone be kind enough to help me in coding such script or may be an Indicator which achieves this objective? Thanks in advance.
