You can create it easy enough. Create a new custom OmniScan with starting population All Optionable Stocks.

Add the below technical criteria:

Avg(C,14) * Avg(V,14) > 400000000

Adjust the 400000000 up or down depending on how close the results are to providing around 100 symbols.
