OT now prompts the user with an additional question before the logon prompt. I believe the question that OT asks is "Are you sure that you want to connect to GX Trader?" It only asks the question if you were logged into GX Trader at the prior shutdown. One could probably code around it if knowledgeable enough. But the log-on should be seemless and supported. I called Tech Support about the additional prompt around 6 months ago. They did not seem interested in addressing the problem. | |
