I was able to use OmniPilot today with the RTX-3 Trading Profile.

Wes: The only difference in settings from what you posted that I could see was at OmniPilot >>RT Trader>>Account>>Allocation Method, I selected “Use Tradeplan Defaults”. For OmniPilot, I used RT_Trader.txt.

However, it must be realized that I am far from proficient at using Portfolio Simulation, allocation methods, etc.
