NTBs were pretty new to us & a lot of our users, so it was a management decision not to allow Pilot to trade them until we were sure that it was solid & that we had enough time to test it ourselves.

It was sent to customers that have purchased OmniTrader. If an OT customer didn't receive it, perhaps their email address is not updated in our system, it was filtered to a junk or spam box, or something like that. In your case, I checked your account & we are not sending emails to you by request. If you would like this changed, send me a private message with your current email address & I'll be happy to change it for you. |
