For some reason, PTON, remains as an open position in my paper trading account but should have hit a SMA PT Stop on 9/10 and closed on a VBX4 Rising Stop on 9/16. I'm attaching pictures of Portfolio Open Positions and the PTON chart with the Advisor signals. Anyone have an explanation for why this happened?

Just noticed a similar but slightly different problem with MA. For MA, the SMA PT Stop was executed but the VBX4 Rising Stop was not (should have on 9/16).

IIRC, they recently released a PR to fix an issue with the SMA Profit Stop ... you might want to check if updating helps ...

Already updated over the weekend. It could be related given these signals occurred in the past. It would be good to know if the latest update fixes this issue. Otherwise, I can't rely on the Open Orders to indicate which positions need to be closed or partially closed.

Maybe it didn't get "completely fixed". Probably best to email Barry with details so they can dup.

It sounded like the issue they fixed earlier was a roundoff discrepancy of OT vs broker.

My recommendation has been that when that kind of thing occurs, the default action ought to be to close the trade. My opinion is that allowing trades to continue unmanaged, when the user has chosen to apply an "automated" Trade Plan, is a dangerous path, since they might not be there to respond in time.

Barry noticed that PTON no longer has a trade plan attached to it, possibly as a result of the changes in 2J and 2K either to the SMA stop, partial exits, or both. The good news is that this shouldn't happen with new trades under 2K.

Not sure if this is limited to VBX-4 or whether the 2J/2K changes could affect others but I thought I'd pass this on.

We may have a bigger problem with the 2K release.
A new trade placed yesterday using the 2K release is not using the trade plan and even worse, it is not plotting the stops on the chart.
I've sent an email to Barry about this but if I'm right, the 2K release is broken.

Good news. The trade plan was indeed in place for the new trade using 2K. It's just that the trade plan chevrons are not appearing which made me think there wasn't a trade plan. Also, the stop loss isn't drawn until there is a candle on the day after the trade is opened.
