Trading live I placed a MOO this a.m. for LLY. 45min later the trade exited for a 1 cent gain.
This is the second inexplicable exit by Xsuite while trading live on IB.
What can we do to find out why this is happening?
(Xsuite EOD profile and trade plan.)

When did the signal begin? I'm seeing only an exit signal for 1-3-18. Can you post a screenshot of the advisor window & the voteline? Also an exit would not have been triggered unless you forced it to download new data, so did you use On Demand or run the ToDo List during market hours?

Xsuite gave a buy on INTC which I entered on IB with the brokerage connection. Again Xsuite exited a few minutes later for a few cents gain.
I've attached screen shots. Hopefully we can find out what is happening as this is unusable.

Please post your brokerage.txt log file from the OT2018. Or it will be date stamped under the OT2018\Brokerage\Logs folder if you have closed OT since it occurred.

If not in that folder it will be brokerage.txt in your OT2018 folder.

Thanks!
The SMA(5) stop was triggered early this morning. If you plot SMA(5) in your daily chart you'll see that it's touched in today's bar near the open.
If you're trading EOD though this can be avoided if you don't download data & analyze the symbol during market hours, so if you can avoid using On Demand Download or running the ToDo List during market hours, this shouldn't happen any more.

Got it. I was mistaken. It sure did breach the sma5 on the daily. OK.
I over reacted on the $0.06 exit but it was right when I took the time to investigate.
Disregard everything after Good Morning!

You got in the trade at 9:30:01 at entry price $43.42, which is below the SMA(5). The last price moved up a little that morning before it went down. So at 09:34:36 the SMA(5) stop was triggered at price $43.55, which is above the SMA(5) stop.
