Before ATM4 what you would have to do is make sure your Focus List was the OmniScan you wanted to use Dynamically and then in the To Do List check the box that says "Run Scan(s) Dynamically" and then "Perform Selected Tasks". The Focus List OmniScan you were running Dynamically would turn light blue in color to let you know it was in the "Dynamic" mode.
