Attached is a scan for MarketScans asking to report those securities closing higher than their previous bars respectively in the 5-, 15- and 30-minute time frames. I couldn't do exactly what you asked as there is no 10-minute periodicity on MarketScans. And, although it took a little time to write the scan and then capture a screen shot, I think this is essentially what you are asking for - note that my scan was done around 3:50 PM EST this afternoon with GLD being one of the securities returned: Note that the cursor in the 5-minute time frame is referring to the 3:50 PM EST bar which has closed above the 3:45 PM EST bar.
