If you are a registered OmniFunds user you go to the Resilient OmniFunds Sector where you can copy and paste the symbols into a .txt file or OmniTrader.
As for trading on the first trading day of the week here is the OmniLanguage Code:
If BarDayOfWeek() < BarDayOfWeek()[1] Then
Signal = LongSignal
End If
