Is there a CURRENT guide/how-to on what to do to get OV and IB auto trading via the TP. It has changed so much over the last few years I am not sure what the latest set up is. I don't care about monitoring things via my phone.

I travel intl for work and hope I don't have to stop/re-start any program each night

Finally was able to get my IB margin acct going (vs the MB acct I had) and ready to use OV!

There's a pdf file attached in that thread with some more details for Gar Wood. I've had no problems since I went to them (& IB) on Nirvana's server.

Hi Bill,

You can find the instructions in the Trade Processors Users Guide. Just open the Trade Processor and click HELP->Manual. You will want to use the IB Gateway software instead of the TWS because it stays connected 24 hours a day while your traveling.

To install the IB Gateway software go to the Trade Processor and click HELP->Brokerage Installations and it will take you to the page with the correct version of the IB Gateway you need.
