I've been a Nirvana club member for many years and used Omnitrader for many more years, but I'm pretty sure this is my first ever post. I took the ATM plunge today and wanted to share something that has served me very well both in personal trading and in my 9 years as a commodity trading advisor (retired from that in 2011). I'm sure you will note some similarity to Bollinger Bands, but ultimately I determined that "BB's" were not useful and came up this this. I'd like to use this as a short, or micro "market state" but it's been ten years since I wrote the vba code and at the moment have no idea how to do that. Works best with broad indexes like SPY, but also useful for currencies and many individual stocks. Two files are (hopefully) attached: one is a screen shot, the other is the VBA file. I'll be happy to share more about how I have been using it, for now just want to get it out there for comments.

Barry ... to attach stuff, click Edit, then at bottom click Add/Remove attachments, specify them then OK back and Submit
