Hello Omnivest! Been a legacy bronze member but never used OV. Tradenosis 2 RT peaked my curiosity so I wanted to try running it in paper/demo mode. I am just not sure where to go from here and what I should expect to see:

1) Logged into OV and set up a portfolio with the RT-1 profile
2) Set the portfolio to trade "yes"
3) Have not set up a broker although I did install the trade processor program.

My questions:

1) Does OV need to be logged in and open at all times along with the trade processor? I am assuming yes as it seems the TP and OV session need to communicate.
2) Can I just have the OV "trades" window open to observe the functionality in real time without a TP/broker setup while I discern live trading?
3) Are GXtrader, MB trader, and IB still the only options to choose from?
4) A number of older tutorial links in the forum run Flash Camtasia...is there a browser that will still run these? Seems like adobe has EOL'ed the product.

Thanks in advance. Been off and on the Nirvana trail as a long time product hoarder and lurker, but never had the interia to try things seriously until now.
