Typically when I see cases like this it's due to a rejection at the broker, either on the opening side or the closing side. Or the TP wasn't connected when it needed to submit the closing order.
I would need to see the log files. Please click View/Log Files, highlight all the folders shown, then right-click them & select Send to -> Compressed/Zipped folder & attach or email the file.
